These terms apply to purchases made at 500wire.com, a product of Firefall Technologies LLC.

Credits. Each founding seller pack contains 5 submission credits. One credit is reserved when a name is submitted for review. The credit is consumed when a name is accepted onto the wire. If a name is rejected, the reserved credit is released and returned to your balance for reuse. Credits are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. If the wire goes offline for any reason, the expiration clock pauses until the wire resumes.

No refunds on consumed credits. Credits that have been consumed by an accepted name are non-refundable. Unused and reserved credits may be refunded at our discretion within 30 days of purchase if no names have been accepted. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Introductions. A claim on the wire results in a direct introduction between buyer and seller. 500 Wire and Firefall Technologies LLC are not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, do not handle funds, and accept no liability for any transaction that results from an introduction.

House rules. A claim is a commitment. Buyers have 48 hours to complete a transaction after receiving an introduction. Sellers who renege on a published price forfeit their credits for that name. Members who fail to complete transactions may be removed from the wire at our discretion.

No poaching. A claim is an offer to purchase at $500, not an invitation to solicit, negotiate, or pitch the seller for alternative services. Members who use introductions for any purpose other than completing the transaction will be removed.
